Jeff is a Certified Fearless Living Coach and Trainer and is the founder of Reclamation Collaborative. He is also a Professional Engineer, Certified Project Management Professional and has an MBA in operations and project management. Having spent 20+ years as a working professional in the construction industry, Jeff has witnessed and experienced first-hand the impact your job can have on the other areas of your life if they aren’t vigilantly protected and vice versa. Jeff guides his clients and their companies as they align what they want with who they are.

Jeff's career in the construction industry progressed from a Project Engineer and Project Manager to a Vice President and Principal-in-Charge of a 40 person Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology Engineering Office. Jeff has 8 years of experience serving on executive leadership teams in AEC firms and was responsible for revenue growth of $3M per year over the course of 3 years as Practice Leader. Jeff has also worked as an Owner's Representative, overseeing all aspects of construction projects for his clients.
